The Senior Administrative Assistant provides primary administrative and program support for the Donor Growth and Engagement team and serve as first point of contact for outside inquiries directed to VUMC Development. This role supports the annual giving function in development which includes digital and direct marketing and leadership annual giving.
Promptly and accurately address donor inquiries received by main phone and general email box, route as needed
Prepare data, complete mail merge, print, assemble, and mail various donor directed mailings
Schedule donor meetings and manage team calendars, as needed
Manage bio update requests in donor database
Contact donors for record updates, as needed
Act as point of contact for online donor and fundraiser support and facilitate online giving experience
Assist digital and direct marketing team with marketing initiatives
Support affinity campaigns alongside associate director of digital and direct marketing- direct mail
Other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) (Required)
4 years relevant experience (Required)
Excellent organization skill
Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent customer service attitude
