Heart of the Rockies in beautiful Salida, CO is hiring a full time and Interim Human Resource Director. The position will be exempt and eligible for our full benefits package.  Bachelors degree and minimum of three years of Human Resource experience is required. The Director role demonstrates leadership and responsibility for the function of the defined service line of the related department. The strength of this role is through the collaboration that results in organizational-level performance.

• EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE FOR HR DIRECTOR :
  Bachelor’s degree (preferably Human Resources) required; and a minimum of three years of responsible human resources experience. 
• Hospital experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience required
