The Director of Physician Recruitment will be responsible for the sourcing and coordination of all the physician recruitment efforts for their designated facility or market. The Director of Physician Recruitment will be responsible for managing clear and effective communication between the hospital, candidates, local physician groups, and be expected to oversee the entire recruitment process from first phone call to contract.
This is a high-volume, high-visibility recruiting environment dealing with a variety of unique specialties and completion of projects. Other related duties as assigned.
Required: Bachelor's Degree
Required: 8 -10 years of full cycle physician recruiting experience with proven track record of success. Must have comprehensive understanding of medical industry, physician market and medical specialties and business planning.
