We are seeking a Payment Accuracy Analyst for our Patient Accounts Division. In this role, you will focus on supporting operational activities across multiple functional areas by resolving insurance under-payment discrepancies on patient accounts.

Review and validate contractual variances generated by our contract management software - we use nThrive
Contact insurance companies to resolve underpayments, including follow-up calls and written appeals
Utilize payer portals to review claim status, submit appeals and communicate contractual variances
Analyze and interpret payment accuracy reports to identify trends related to areas of responsibility and overall MSK revenue performance. Use data to support recovery efforts and identify accuracy gap.
Works closely with Billing Department Supervisors to measure impact and improvement of revenue, as well as understand billing procedures to ensure accuracy of software
Two years of related experience within revenue cycle management preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
