As a Director, Total Rewards you need to know how to:
Manage a department of professional compensation, retirement and benefits professionals
Support the administration of our Retirement plans, including sun-setting of legacy iterations of the plan.
Serve as a strategic leader to ensure compensation, retirement and benefit programs support the strategic imperatives of our healing ministry and position the organization as an employer of the future
Work closely with financial and operational leaders to ensure decision making, financial forecasting and implementation of all benefit, retirement and compensation plans
Continuously work to optimize all total rewards offerings balancing financial stewardship with the ability to attract and retain talent
Ensure compliance across all total rewards programs
We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
Bachelor’s degree, required.
Master’s degree, preferred.
Minimum of eight (8) years of work experience in the field, including a minimum of three (3) years of previous leadership experience, required.
At least five (5) years of healthcare experience. Previous work experience at the director level, preferred.
