You Will Be Responsible For:
Support and maintain all Supply Chain / Maintenance reporting, data warehouse, query, and robot applications including modifications, enhancements, troubleshooting and error fixing for, but not limited to: PeopleSoft, OBIEE, QLIK, TecSys, Automation Anywhere Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Collaborate with stakeholders and report developers from other departments to build or modify report objects and robots by transforming business requirements into actionable analytics to serve business improvement and decision-making processes.
Analyze, understand, and document the business processes of different pillars in detail for, but not limited to: Item Master, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Maintenance, Supplier Master, Warehouse
Based on analysis and stakeholder requirements, translate, conceptualize and develop storyboards/reports/dashboards and proposals for action or implementation plans as necessary and present to management.
Implement reporting and robot solutions by coordinating detailed technical requirements, design, and integration with other appropriate technologies, serving as a liaison between the technical team and the business.
Support the delivery cycle of solutions created such as documentation, conduct tests and validation, support implementation, remediation
Use predictive and/or adaptive approaches for ad-hoc tasks and report initiatives
Understand relational database model and SQL scripting skills / Robotic Process Automation solutions and delivery
Deploy advanced Microsoft Excel skills such as vlookup, pivot tables, formulas, VBA
Deploy basic knowledge in Microsoft Access such as tables, query, forms, VBA, etc.
Support knowledge and skills transfer by mentoring newly trained resources on best practices and development in the above areas
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree required or 10-15 years combined healthcare experience related to Supply Chain or Maintenance Management or equivalent experience may be considered
2-4 years project/process design or improvement analysis, Business Analyst, Supply Chain application support
Advanced level knowledge of Supply Chain systems/operations
Advanced system/application/data troubleshooting
Advanced analytical skills, critical thinking and root cause analysis processing skills
Experience related to Supply Chain in Healthcare preferred
PeopleSoft Supply Chain or equivalent software experience, preferred
CMRP, PMP, or Six Sigma Certification, preferred
Works under the direction of the iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Process Manager or Manager and is responsible for completing Supply Chain / Maintenance related activities including but not limited to: data conversion, functional specifications, program software system quality testing, and support within all projects whether system or operational. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the integrity, effectiveness and efficiency of services related to the Supply Chain / Maintenance Modules. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst may be assigned support tickets needing resolution, as well as, perform testing in partnership with various internal and external stakeholder teams.
The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is expected to take the initiative to prioritize and manage work while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is also expected to act as a resource and a subject matter expert (SME) to Supply Chain / Maintenance team. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst is always expected to keep the confidentiality of the team and Senior Leadership from discussions and advanced knowledge both at work and off hours. The iSynergy Supply Chain Senior Analyst must display a positive attitude toward decisions that have been made for direction, be collaborative on projects, embrace change and lead, using the company mission, vision and values, while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
