Under the direction of the Transportation Coordinator, coordinates and facilitates activities of Transporters, and Equipment Distributors to provide outstanding services to all customers. Ensures that all staff are competent in their roles in non-clinical patient care, customer service and communication. Collaborates with the logistics manager to determine initial, ongoing, remedial, and developmental training for staff which will include cross-training and other training as required by the Health system, governing entities and at the request of leadership. Acts as a role model for all staff in terms of job performance, work intensity, positivity, critical thinking and customer service. Maintains time and attendance and work schedules for all staff to ensure maximum effectiveness of human resources, communication and non-clinical patient care.
