Tenet Physician Resources, the provider group affiliated with Tenet Health in Phoenix and Tucson markets, has an immediate need for an experienced Manager, Human Resources (HRM). The Manager, Human Resources Tenet Physician Resources (ï¿½TPRï¿½) is responsible for assisting the Chief Human Resources Officer (ï¿½CHROï¿½) with implementation and execution of the various human resources related TPR & hospital strategic initiatives. In alignment with the CHRO, the HRM partners with TPR leadership to manage, expand, and improve upon the employee experience. A background in HR employee relations is desired.
Seeking a professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment with a minimum of supervision. Capable of data collection, analysis and interpretation. Creation of documents to support data findings. Effective communication with physicians, visitors, and staff members of all levels in the facility. Must display a high degree of discretion and confidentially. Will supervise a HR Specialist.
Bachelorï¿½s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent years of experience
A minimum of three to six years experience in Human Resources Management supporting an organization of at least 1k employees
Prior healthcare experience
