Digital Product Specialist Senior – Pharmacy serves as chief ambassador for Geisinger’s digital pharmacy customer experience and will oversee accountability for all consumer-facing pharmacy content and self-service functionality. Understands how pharmacy products support critical key business marketing and customer experience objectives, regularly reports on product KPI’s to department and system leadership. Effortlessly partners with product end users/stakeholders within business units, to plan and manage product roadmap, product specifications, implementation of new features, and various departments within the system to collaborate with business stakeholders to assess business and operational processes and define solutions.

• Knowledge of the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the marketing function or department.
• Knowledge of and ability to use office support tools available at the desktop (e.g., word processing, e-mail, presentation software and spreadsheets).
• Demonstrates ability to interact professionally on all levels within and outside the organization.
• Demonstrates advanced organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of 8 years Related work experience
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree in Marketing/Public Relations
Bachelor's Degree in Related Field of Study
