Serves employer group and community population management initiatives including support for on site programs and projects, member management, data entry and results management for the wellness team and partners with clinical reporting to provide data support for wellness.
Works under the general supervision of Regional Manager, Clinical Operations and the Director, Wellness Programs. Works closely with IT, Clinical and Operations Wellness Leads, GHP sales team, community based organizations and employer group customers. Duties include both internal and external responsibilities. Acts in cooperation with all Population Health staff.

Education and or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare field or health promotion/wellness required or 6 years experience in wellness technology/analytics or wellness services may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Experience with computers and use of software including Microsoft Office (includes: Visio, Access, PowerPoint, etc) required. Additional computer experience (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, and databases) required.
Minimum one year healthcare/wellness work experience preferred.
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for travel to company locations required.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Travel is required and may be frequent during peak seasons.
Duties require exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally (approximately 10-33% of shift) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push and pull articles such as files and boxes.
Weekend work, based on event volume, and flexible hours required.
