The CFO will oversee the successful performance of the financial and accounting functions of the organization and provides the CEO and board(s) with objective, knowledgeable advice that assists in advancing the organization’s mission.
The CFO will join a senior leadership team that thrives on innovation and has the ability to pivot when necessary while always being committed to the financial sustainably and long term future of the organization.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field with 7+ years of experience in health care, senior living or related field. M.B.A. with finance or accounting concentration and/or Certified Public Accountant preferred. Experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt management, investor relations, investments, working with boards and development/construction.
The ideal candidate will be analytical and detail oriented with superior communication and follow through skills. The right person will embrace the core values of the organization and have a deep understanding of the importance of internal customer service.
Additional Salary Information: Eligible for base + up to 30% incentive
