Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Finance Officer’s main responsibility will be to plan, direct and oversee all finance functions of the organization in keeping with the board’s policies, regulatory guidelines and mission and values of the company. Our CFO is an integral part of the senior leadership team and will lead financial reviews with both the Company and Physician Owners. This individual will build collaborate partnerships throughout the organization.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA or CPA preferred
Minimum of 7-10 years’ financial healthcare management experience
Must have private practice experience
Extensive experience with financial systems and financial reporting
Strong organization and communication skills
Proficiency with software tools (e.g. SQL, Access, Excel, Great Plains)
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
