Works independently and in collaborator with the Ambulatory Quality and Population Health leadership, relevant ambulatory department leaders and staff, and other physician leaders to identify/implement strategies to improve the quality of care to patients in primary care and specialty practices.
Bachelor's degree in PUblic Health, Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or other related field; or equivalent education and experience.
3-5 years of data analytic experience in a similar healthcare institution.
Excellent analytical and/or operational problem solving skills; demonstrates ability to conduct and interpret quantitative/qualitative analyses and make recommendations for improvement/changes
Advanced expertise in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint software programs or equivalents. Ability to run analytical reports and summarize information.
